Starting A Fresh

Since beginning this blog,  I have been on a journey far further from anything I could have conjured up in my mind. It has taken me to places I wish I didn't know existed but have finally come to find some way through the darkness with the light of my lens.
From now on, the aim is to pursue and promote my passion for photography, and create images evoking stories I wish to tell and share with the world. Through in-depth research and lots of creative imagination the vision has never been more clear to me, and I thank so many inspirational people in my life; some of whom I haven't even met. 
Over the coming months, I will be working towards creating more of a name, and capturing the images I see in my mind of so many wonderful things and people. For a long while, weddings, families and contemporary portraits have been a real interest to me, so since the drive to bring it all to life is here, why not embrace it?
I hope that in a years time, things will be a lot different to the current days of reality, but one can only hope and think positive on into the future with all of the strength and love surrounding you.

On the way to future

Finally the list of things that I need to get going with my own photography name is on it's way up!, on Friday I got my new laptop, all set up for photography, the amazing computer tech girl that I went to to fix me up with my new baby even put her photoshop on for me!  I was only telling my dad how much I would love to have it as it is the best editing software out there, but there is no way that we could afford it. Couldn't be happier with it! though there isn't as much hard drive space as I'd hoped for, it will do perfectly for now. Just what I needed to be honest, just so everyone is aware 'scrapbook photography' is my name as I created it June 2nd 2011. No one can take it from me, i know its not copyrighted, but it will be so please be a darling and don't nab the name.
Scrapbook Photography is on the way into the future! 

Beginning the Book

Just sitting around, going about my day; reading my latest e-mails on what's new in my favourite clothing stores and for some odd random reason, I thought "I should start a blog", you know some where to express your feelings without wasting a tonne of paper.  So about a week later (you know how it is, you plan to do something then forget) here I am on a quite sunny Thursday evening typing out my first entry. I doubt that my blogs will be very interesting to a lot of people, but I don't care this is for me to be creative and reflect on a day in the life of a oddball who is far from your normal teenage girl.
